Terms and conditions

-To be entered into the draw, you need to be an active posting member of the Forum area.
- The competition will close at the end of each month unless otherwise stated.
- Each prize consists of one Apparelyzed t-shirt.
- Apparelyzed decision is final.
- Only one email per person will be permitted, duplicates will be removed.
- Prizes are non-transferable and no cash or other alternatives are available.
- Winners will be notified within 14 days of the closing date.
- If any prize or prize notification is returned undelivered or any prize remains unclaimed for 14 days after notification by email, the prizewinner may be disqualified. In such an event, the prize will be awarded to another participant (known as a "reserve winner") selected at random from all correct entries received before the closing date.
- In the event that the reserve winner also does not claim their prize, the prize will be classed as unclaimed.
- Apparelyzed does not accept any responsibility for late or lost entries due to the internet.
- Proof of sending is not proof of receipt.
- For entries which need to be shipped outside the United States, it is possible that import tax may be due upon delivery of your T-shirt. We have no control over these taxes, and the cost will vary from country to country. It is therefore a condition that by entering this competition, you agree to pay the import tax, along with any processing fees charged by the carrier.
- Apparelyzed reserves the right to randomly show selected comments from competition entries on our homepage here.
