i am looking to do basket ball more regulary does any one know of teams in the harrow area i could try out for

ASPIRE has its Sports Centre in the grounds of Stanmore National Othapeadic Hospital. if you ring this number 0209540701 they will give you all the information. I believe there is a team an Brunel Uni in Uxbridge but i couldnt get the email to them to work
