i am looking to do basket ball more regulary does any one know of teams in the harrow area i could try out for

ASPIRE is the nearest from you. ASPIRE has its Sports Centre in the grounds of Stanmore National Othapeadic Hospital. if you ring this number 0209540701 they will give you all the information. They do the wheelchair basketball on Saturdays not sure though so try the above number.

I believe there is a team an Brunel Uni in Uxbridge but i couldnt get the email to them to work
