I just returned from the P.T. and reached the 100 foot walked mark! my goal is 200 feet, non-stop. take that doctors! boxing.gif

just keep going dave.. a little further each day, and walk on your own too.. not just at p/t.

hey so what did you feel when you first start walking a mean what where the feelengs. the sensations . did you start moving alitle or what cuz thats great

Great job. I use full leg braces and a walker and can 'walk' up to 500 feet. It has taken its toll on my sholders but I can't stop now. My goal is 1000 feet.

great job mate... but ur L5/S1, so doctors probably haven't said that you wont ever walk again.... com'on davo!!!!! u'll probably be doin marathons by now!!
