Some time back I began sweating quite a bied during sleep. I'd wake with soaked sheets - not from an accident, either. I did some asking around and found that a different mattress pad would be helpful. Did it. Bought a lamb's wool with cotton lining for about $300. I don't know how that translates into pounds (can't find the key for the sign), but it was plenty of cash for me. Anyway, the new pad works fine; however, after a month or so, I've begun soaking the sheets again, especially around my butt. My concern: Will this constant moisture cause me problelms in the not-to-distant future? If yes, do you know of any solutions?

Thanks
Lynn

I use cream ask your therapist or DR for the best cream/lotion

When you wake up sweaty; strip, throw a towel in the area, roll over, and sleep!

Maybe try some GoldBond? Im not sure,.. I've always seen people use a powder rather than a cream. Your guess is as good as mine.

wet skin is bad news and is much more susceptible to blemishes/breakdown.
i think cotton sheets probably are best and if they get wet, change asap.
