Hi I am t5 complete Ive been a paraplegic for 1 year already and I have been having some bad abdominal pain over the last 9 months already.The doctor said it was constepation but it turn out to be clean.The pain is so bad it effect daily life rutine.I take gabapantin but it dosent seem to work.They did a ultra sound on my belly and everything its ok they say is neuropathic pain.Please is the enyone with this type of pain could someone give me an advice I wanna try to live a better life but this pain always seems to get in the way.Please help I will apreciate it thanks.

Dude, I have been going through the same thing for 15 years. I get terrible abdominal pain, I have extreme abdominal spasms also. they go hand in hand. I have had to take Oxy for long term help over the years. I have had every test trying to find what triggers them, but they can't find anything. I too thought is was constipation but I get them after being completely cleaned out. Its tough, I don't like taking meds but the alternative for me would be bent over in bed never coming out.
