Are you talking about nerve pain?...Now every SCI is different, but for me; I noticed as time has gone on the nerve pain I got changed tempo...It went from a sharper shooting pain, to a deeper throbbing pain. I was having other issues as well, so the next time I went in for a check up I asked my doctor about it. He said that for the first couple of years after a SCI, your spinal cord will develop scar tissue around the point of injury and that this changes many of the outlet pathways for trapped neurons, causing changes in certain pains...It's really nothing to worry about though.

You better believe it means something.
It means your nerves have become really active.
Now go back to sleep.

Do you mean your legs are jumping around on their own (spasticity), you have more pain, or you have regained sensation in your legs?
