Hi Doodle-86
I was in the Glasgow spinal unit (or the QENSIU) from the 23rd August 08 till the 20th October 08. Staff and physios were good, but there were a few rowdy patients. I was back in on the 17th March fo a fresh X-ray, and managed to see them in some detail this time. Scary stuff. Lots of new faces, i think i only saw one person that i recognised. There are a few other Scots so you are not alone.....

Hope he is getting on okay! The unit was needing to improve a few things when I was into. I havent been back to see what the improvements are like to gym and what used to be called the halfway house, think its called the step down unit now! who does he have as a physio?
Arryn
im pretty sure its John who is his physio! gets a lot of students aswell.
the step down unit seems to be really good, good for families that dont live near glasgow.

LOL as an old Edenhall patient (1972) I promise you QENSIU is the improvement.... that said I'd still rather have Edenhall anyday.
