Disabled law came into force 2004 ? there for it was well advertised to make adjustment to the premises so wheelchair can get in instead of being discrimanated against, I like in the UK and there are still places that haven't complied to the goverment rules has any one else found thing out, if so what can be done, 1 place is a snooker hall, certain pubs.

If it is anything like our law in New Zealand, not all places have to be wheelchair accessable - just modified or new public buildings, amenities or other premises with a change of usage and it probably wouldn't cover private homes either.

Pretty much the same here in the states. Anything new or remodeled that is open to the public,,, old stuff and some private stuff is exempted.
