Thanks for the reasurance everyone. It's been going crazy for most of today (even the chaps at work are commenting now), perhaps it's just stress or something.

Quit chocolate? Chocolate is good for you. A doctor once told me that, and I don't care who contradicts him, I'm sticking with it.
Just on the subject of the muscle twitches: if it goes on for a long time (like half a day without stopping), or gets painful, or feels like cramp, talk to your neurologist. There's no harm in mentioning it, and you'll be more at rest. I get a twitch in a muscle under my left eye when I'm stressed... it never lasts long though. The doc said it was nothing.
