bye1.gif Hi everyone,

I hope this is in the right place.

Ok, Over the last few months I've been noticing that my breathing has got more difficult and shallow. I find I can't draw enough breath to get a full sentence out. It gets worse when I eat or drink. Sometimes when I breath, it feels like the air is stuck in my lungs and I can't breath out blink.gif It was really unpleasant at the weekend. I was bending over and leaning to try and releast it.

Anyway, I went to the dr this morning who looked at me as if to say 'what with that posture? You're suprised?' He listened to my chest...no problems. Took my oxygen levels with that thingy then put on your finger...100% which he seemed very impressed with w00t.gif So, that leaves it with my collapsing spine being the problem, which I knew but was looking for another reason.

He suggested asking the physio for some breathing exercises, which I'm gonna do, but has anyone got any tips? Anyone else had this problem?

Thanks specool.gif
