Hi all helpsmilie.gif

I need to find holiday accommodation in or within a reasonable travelling distance of Weymouth.

Will consider most things but must have a wet room and preferably a hoist, although not essential. Also with a bit of space as we are taking a P.A

Oh and it's for the week beginning 15th August....so no pressure there then.

I have found a couple of B&Bs which may do at a push mfr_lol.gif : but would prefer recommendation.

I know it's a long shot but hope someone can help.

I'm not quite sure what type of accommodation you are looking for. However, I've just come back from a place called Holton Lee which is near Poole in Dorset. They provide rooms which have hoists and a wet room. You can also take a carer/PA. If you wish to look into this further May I suggest that you visit their website at:

http://www.holtonlee.co.uk/

I should point out that I had a really good time whilst there and would wholeheartedly recommend it.

Cheers

Hi Alan

Thanks for the recommendation.

It looks to be just the kind of thing we are looking for...even if it's booked up this time we hope to go away sometime later in the year but this time there will be 7 of us so the accomodation here will suit us. The mobile hoist is a bonus.

Hi Kath

We stayed at Tamarisk Farm Holidays four years ago. We stayed in mimosa cottage, 4 adults and 2 children. It was a bit of a squeeze.

Have you been there before?

Thanks for the replies smile.gif
