HI this seems to be a dream for some people but i assure you it is no joke before my accident i was fairly fit but slightly underweight for my height when i had the accident i lost weight dramatically in hospital and they gave me a milkshake [ensure?] to build me up
l never fully recovered my ideal weight and dont have the appetite for big meals,i dont work out but maybe i could do a little bit,what i want to know is whey protein a good way of building up weight without fat? ir is it just for bodybuilders? thankyou
