Looks like this post was from a few months ago, but try reading up on D-mannose to treat and prevent UTI's. Also, avoid soft drinks, take 1000mg of vitamin C everyday to keep the urine acidic which makes it inhospitable for bacteria growth, and probiotics like acidophilus. Avoid Cranberry "cocktail" it's no good as it has a ton of sugar. Cranberry pills are much better.
