My boyfriend has a c-5 sci. we have unprotected sex because all the research we've done says he cant ejaculate. Is this true? or even though hes quadriplegic can he still get me pregnant?

me and my boyfriend have unprotected sex too but there is a small chance that he can get you pregnant even though usually he doesn't ejaculate. it only takes a little bit to come out and shabam! of course the chances of this happening are small due to the fact that over the years after a sci, sperm count gets lower and lower usually.

I suggest you do a bit more research. Many, but not all, quads can ejaculate. I'm a C5/5 incomplete and have a 25-year-old daughter to prove it. I had no problems ejaculating with the help of a vibrator. Some can even do it without using one. With SCIs, every one is different and blanket statements are not always true.

So, yes he can get you pregnant. The odds may be against it, but it can happen.

Im a c-4 complete and can tell you that it is possible for some quads to ejaculate without a vibrator. A vibrator does the trick nearly everytime for me but once in a long while i get a suprise without it. Don't think that just because he has a high injury its not possibe because high level injuries are far more likely to have left the reflexes of that area unaffected. Keep in mind though that i say some quads can because many dont.But there is always the possibility that one day he may suprise you!
