I am looking for a kiteboard for kitesurfing with paraplegia. It have to be wider than standard kiteboards and with a seat with cushion. Where can I find a board like this?

Make your own! Get a kiteboard and adapt it with whatever works!

That YouTube video is brilliant!! Most afternoons, whatever the weather, we walk the dogs down the seafront then have a coffee and spend half an hour watching the kiteboarders (life could be worse biggrin.gif ). I've always thought it must be an amazing experience skimming the waves the way they do and would love to try it, but would never have thought it possible for a para. Now all I have to do is buy a board...and persuade my wife that I'm not too old. sad.gif

I'm pretty sure that's a sit ski mounted onto a kite board - looks very very similar to a praschberger/tessier seat arrangement with the exception that the feet are on the board.

That looks like so much fun

that video isnt a modified sit ski it is a custom build rigid frame which is bolted to a wake board. the only peice that may be from a sit ski is the actual seat bucket.

this is probably a normal sit ski with a snowboard attached.

ps on that original video you can see the rig from sec 8 to 10 at the beginning.
