Hey everyone,
I've been getting sick of the leg bag/condom cath's lately
between spilling night bags, condoms leaking, needing to pee during sex and skin breakdown from cc's.
I have sensation and find ic's highly unpleasant plus i void naturally and think I would leak a lot anyway.
I'm considering the surgery where they create a pathway through your abdomen that you can cath through and stitching my bladder sphincter closed.
It seems like the ideal solution for me, no urethra pain and providing me with increased control over my urination.
I was hoping someone on here has one and can give me their thoughts on it post-surgery
but if anyone has thoughts it would be appreciated!
thanks

Surgery is definately a last resort to an ongoing problem. But I'm sure you've exhausted all you're other options at this point, right?

Tried bladder spazm med's and all?

Sorry I don't have any experience regarding the surgery, but if that's what you're left with, I hope the result meets your expectations. expected.
