Jaquie,
I'm laying down. What do you mean it's sideways?? Looks perfectly fine from my angle!-lol

Way to go, girl.

Sheesh...

The video stops just when things start to heat up with Jaquie and the trainer dude getting onto the bed.

But seriously this is awsome. I'm jealous.

Best,

Jaq,

Your looking good, keep up the hard work. Nice turn around. I miss Shepherd, I met that guy (pt) who was working with you last summer.
When I get some time I plan on visiting Shepherd again, just to visit and thank everybody again.

I'm c5. I broke everything from c1 to c6 though. Honestly I don't do anything that I should. I would probably already be out of this chair if I worked for it. I'm just a lazy person so yeah. But I was going to therapy twice a weekand basically just walking. Now I'll be going 4 times a week and 2 of those times will be on a treadmill. So we'll see. Welcome to the site btw.

Thanks to everyone else for the compliments and encouragmemt. smile.gif
