Ask him. If you're going to have sex you're going to have to communicate. He'll have a few ideas as to what you can do to help.

If he says the spasm is normal, trust him on that. He would know better than you. While it isn't easy, talking about this kind of thing is so important, especially when you are feeling unsure about something.

No one here can really tell you what to do. You and your guy will have to figure it out together. And if you take it easy, don't do things before you are ready, and talk about, figuring it out can be a lot of fun.

Yup,
My left leg kicks like a dog getting his tummy scratched. It isn't continual spasms, just here n there. If pain is involved, then I can see your reason for concern. But, if there isn't any pain, then I wouldn't worry about it.

I agree with all of the above. Sometimes you can have some fun with the spasms wink05.gif Don't be so worried. As long as he's not in pain, just go with the flow and get back to what you were doing.

my guy has the spasms to but has yet to have them during sex. my bf knows the certain things that make them happen like if he flexes his hips or when he is laying on his stomach. also he says he can usually feel them coming on and has a way to stop them. your guy prob knows his body like that to so I wouldn't worry about it. and if he is paralyzed he can't feel pain down there most likely anyway. i know the spasms can be a little scary and sometimes embarrassing for the guy but just act like they don't bother you and eventually you will get use to it. i think it was prob a crazy coincidence that he had one while you touched him

I agree with all of the rest. As long as it doesn't hurt him, I wouldn't worry about it.

I always tell my hubby how much it turns me on and that he needs to slow down and wait for me to get undressed. The first time I said anything about it, we both laughed until we cried. Granted then we weren't in the mood, but it was nice to know that we could talk and laught about it!
