I've been on here before asking whats up with my sweaty leg and a few other things. Well, they finaaly sent me for the MRI i asked them too give me over two years ago! And they say I have fluid at the base of my spine. No big deal? Neither of my doctors couuld tell me. They said it was common and weren't sure what the neuralagist (that can't be how you spell that) was going too do. i figured a big needle and suck it out. No big deal, they aren't that busy and I'll get in right away right? Nope they are on a holiday that lasts all summer. So, anyway is this common? Have any of you had a thing like this happen and what did you do? He's got me on a patch right now too control the sweating. It only helps alittle. I have too sleep on a towel or you can see a salty outline where my legs were when I get up. I think it helps but, it's also terrible too use. The glue gives me blisters and a rash. And makes my whole body ache and generally feel like crap. Tired etc...... The worst part is that it makes my back hurt more. I can live with it but this waiting makes me think I should be in there cracking heads just so I get an answer out of them.

Let me know what you think.....................

I forgot too mention, the box of patches say they are called Transderm-V scopolamine 1.5mg I think I've had all the side effects. I haven't been seeing anything yet but it does say that they shouldn't be used for more than 6 days! I think I've been on them for more like 6 months! Anyone know of a drug that would help without killing me? That would be a change...

Anyway, look up the side effects. I'm sure this one is wrong. I shouldn't feel this weird unless I've been smoking the good stuff..

Ben,
I'm answering because your name's the same as my brother. Other than that, I really can't give you any worthy advice. Maybe pushing your thread to the top will allow someone who knows something to view it and respond.

Hope your doctors are well rested and ready to tackle your problem with new found zest upon their return. Sheeeeeesh, yah right. Next time, try to NOT have problems before summer break. You know, get sick in the fall or winter seasons only!!
