Has anyone tried the Mattress Genie?
Is it a good temporary solution for an adjustible bed?

We can't afford one now and were thinking of getting one until we save up for one.

My boyfriend, who is a quad, & I just got an apartment a couple months ago. We could not afford an adjustable bed either, and found the mattress genie's online. We came up with the idea of getting a king-sized box spring, putting a regular mattress on my side & his special mattress on his side of the bed. We then bought a mattress genie for each side of the bed. So far it is working out perfectly. I can sit up my side of the bed to read or watch TV, then lay it flat to sleep. My boyfriend can sleep at whatever angle is comfortable for him. It does sound kind of like a vacuum cleaner when you are inflating it. At times his will go down a little at night and he has to reinflate it some. But all in all it seems to be working well for us. Hope you find this helpful!!

Ooh, I'm so glad you posted this. So it doesn't just push the mattress around when it inflates? I have thought of getting one but I was picturing my poor b/f being pushed off the bed when it raised! The king frame/two individual genies sounds brilliant!
