hi there this is were my boyfriend is going...


im new here on this site.....as i am a mobile carer looking after some with a sci
i do know that this person has spent some time in the pinderfield hospital and has been very well looked after they say that they all get on very well and do talk about their injuries and that seems to help a little as they have other people to talk to with different types of injuries
im on here doing a bit of research as the person in question i want to learn more in the knowledge of the full details on the injury... i hope this helps you in some manner hope to speak to you soon....



for anyone else on here with sci im sorry for what has happened to you all and im sure i will learn alot reading your forums.....
just one question this person who im looking after has started to be able to move the toes obviously no one wants to build hopes up as they can sometimes be not what all makes out to be but theres no feeling but obviously theres some nerve repair for them to be able to do this am i correct??

for obvious reasons in my policy for work i cannot give any names of the person with the sci as it will breach my confidentiality in my line of work... i do hope someone can enlighten me on this subject
