A bit more -- looking at the break-down parts diagrams, you may find you don't actually need the full assemblies - depending, of course, on what's wring with them. Many of the parts are probably interchangeable between models too. Might be worth a phone call to the US.

Its the small piece at the top which has broken; the part that slots in the frame.
I don't use the chair very often (a bit like my brain) but one never knows when we'll need things.

I'll keep looking or, use Skype to phone the US and ask for Obama. I'll tell them stillfingers told me to phone...
He'll have a SWAT Team round there in 2 minutes.....

Just looked at the diagram of parts for the leg and it seems I only need No 3, "The Plastic Pivot Saddle".

That's a damn fine piece of detective work Greybeard; go and have a lie down in a darkened room...... ALONE!!!
