Hi,
It's been a long time since I've been here,
I've been trying to deal w/ some issues,
N I just had a molar n wisdom teeth pulled,
Very painful!!!
I'm wondering what is out there in the line of energy supplements
My meds make me so tired I never feel like doing anything
and being depressed never helps!
Im looking for something that wont interfere w/my meds or hurt me
Any help would be appriciated ~Manda

Hi Manda,
Good luck in finding energy supplements. There are a lot of promises out there of energy boost pills, but I believe in a good, credible vitamin regimen. If you find an energy boost that works let me know. I know that when I was depressed and absolutely no energy.

Hi Manda,
Have you had the basic stuff checked? Iron levels, thyroid? Although I'm AB, I've always been borderline anemic and recently started taking iron and B12 again. The difference in my energy level - mental and physical - is quite noticeable.

So basically I second what carole338 said - the right vitamins can do a lot (but not work miracles, unfortunately). I've heard good things about B12 injections too.

Good luck dear!
