Oops. lost my first try at a post. I am in a wheelchair since 1994 from previous incomplete SCI with condition called adhesive arachnoiditis(AA), a pain condition of legs and feet as well as other side effects. Have intrathecal pump with dilaudid and baclofen since '01. Lost home during hurricane Ike. Moved to a newly restored, adapted home after IKE and elevator failed and resulted in T12 complete since March of this year. Still have the pain from AA above the paraplegia and have problems with anything related to strain on the back, exercise, shifts, transfers... Look forward to learning new things. I was an old hand and still am at my previous chatroom with advice on newbies to AA. Looking forward to learning from oldie non-lurkers.

Welcome aboard Steve,

Your disease, Arachnoiditis, sounds more like Spider bite allergy.--haha
Enjoy the people and the fun.
