Just found out I have severe blood clot groin to ankle in right leg. what type of activity levels should I be doing? I got the lovenox for a week and the coumadin is being checked, but I am not sure if I need to be more active or what? What type of exercise is necessary to keep other clots from forming and what will help this one clear up safely? Thanks

Coumadin should keep you clear as long as you monitor it and keep from getting your blood too thin. I use an electric stim bike and it seems to keep my muscles toned.
