Anyone know anywhere in/near Sydney or Melbourne where a paraplegic can jump?

Or Somewhere in central New Zealand?

I have a couple friends who live in Sydney. They are AB but they could maybe do a bit of research on places. Just email various bungee places and ask them if they'll let a para jump. That's what I did with skydiving. Just emailed regular skydiving places and asked if they would let me jump and they all said absolutely.

If you find any in NZ, Ches, can you let us know? I'd be interested in a couple of years' time.

They are easy to find in Queenstown and even Auckland Chickadee...

Yeah Mimi, I know, just got keep googling. Would be cool if someone could save me hours of research though!

There are loads of places to bungyjump in New Zealand.

If you're in Auckland ....

Another option you might want to look into, which would be different, is a SkyJump, a Base Jump while attached to a wire - just like a movie stuntman. You’ll fall very fast (approximately 85kph) for around 11 seconds, and then come to a very smooth landing in the plaza below.

You'd have to see if they could accommodate you, but it'd be a great rush if they could arrange it!

Edit: They do accommodate wheelchair users: http://www.skyjump.co.nz/SkyJump_Ltd/DISAB..._ID=15229_.html !

Also try http://www.aucklandbridgeclimb.co.nz/ or http://www.taupobungy.co.nz/. Skyjump is a good drop but I have heard from some it is a little slow for their liking as there isn't the whole "Oh 5h1t I'm falling buzz there is with bungy apparently. There is also the skywalk which is totally accessable too but no falling. If you were scared of heights you may find it good fun. Find skywalk and skyjump at http://www.skywalk.co.nz/SkyWalk_360/LOOK_..._ID=14802_.html and if you visit walkingisoverrated.com you may find more info on the accessable versions of skyjump and walk. Let me know if you are keen, I am only kms from there and could perhaps get you more NZ info or brochures next time I am close tio a visitor centre.

http://www.bungy.co.nz/index.php/pi_pageid/189 KAWARAU BRIDGE BUNGY is in Queenstown run by A J Hackett and their website states that disabled person can be accommodated.
"Disabled/Impaired Clients
The Kawarau is the only Queenstown site where these people can jump. The operating conditions for the winches at the Ledge and Nevis require full mobility."

If I had it my way I prefer Nevis Arc
