Hi people,

I was wondering how often you SIC? I leak so much more often than I used to. I've always been told to SIC every 2 hours (although that's not always possible)
I work in a college and it's very structured time-wise which makes it hard to go to the loo when I think I need to. I do get spasms when I'm full but otherwise I don't feel the need to go.

Thanks.

I was cathing every four hours, but as with you, I started having a lot of leakage problems. Partly due to activity,, and partly to forgetting about it,, since I had no sensation.

Luckily for me,, I'm a guy and was/am able to use condom caths,, still a few problems but not nearly as many as before.

I have taken most of the different pills available and haven't had much luck, but others I talk to had great success with some of them. I guess it's a matter of trying them until you hit the right one.

I wish you luck with that.
