So, I just wanted to get some ideas, advice and input from the wheelers on here about adventure sports and expeditions.

I'm thinking about leading an expedition/adventure holiday for other wheelers next year and wanted to know what kind of things you would want to do if you were to go on a trip like that.

At the moment I'm thinking of probably two weeks in the Canadian Rockies, hancycling to the summit of a mountain (taking about 4 days) before biking down the other side (woot!) to a river and then kayaking a 100km or so for another 3 or 4 days.

I want it to be an actual arm power expedition, not something where AB volunteers just pull you up the hills and will probably use the One-Off Titanium Offroad Machines with all the wheelers powering themselves up, and two AB's on ATV four wheelers carrying the camping supplies and acting as tow trucks if needed.

The kayaking will be on open decked kayaks and be on a flat water river with a rescue boat.

Does anyone think it sounds like a good idea, have any suggestions or ideas about anything else that could be included (I will be including paragliding at some stage but I have to get some specialised equipment designed and made first) or just any input at all.

Thanks guys.

well 1oo km 3-4 days is kinda tough nobody will have there own kyaks prob if your suppling bikes n boats, so we have sit-onotop kayak and a few sit ins and the grooves for your feet in sit in models isnt going to be the correct length for butt to feet and wont be comfy ,wich will fatiuge a person quick and cant hall gear in bad weather well, plus with streching out and doing b.p. its like the days is shorte and setting up camp on shore getting wheelchairs out of boats everything take a bit longer as we found out on a 4-5 day 100 mile manistee rive trip , with just me and my 110 pound wife...lol.... it was lots of fun , make sue u plan the trip in mid summer when the sun comes up at 6am and goes down at 10pm as the trees along the river will block sun an dictate when you get your light..
