I'm so glad that another Charity is offering Gliding as a Sport. Back-Up used to offer it but no longer does it.
Gliding is IMHO much more fulfilling than powered flying and a fraction of the cost. It is more sociable and a good way of meeting people (I met my AB husband through Gliding).

I belong to Fenland Gliding Club which has a 'Crip Kit' ( yes, that's what it's called and we don't bother being PC about it because that's what it's called!). Their basic two seater trainer is an ASK 13.
Fenland GC is an RAF Club based at RAF Marham in West Norfolk and would be prepared to train a Civilian Disabled person who is serious about learning to fly.
(I was Sportabilitys first W'chair person in Feb 1990, We went to Briancon, France on a fact finding Ski-ing trip by car!)
