I was originally diagnosed a complete paraplegic and it wasn't until I got home that I started to have returns. Just wondering who else went through this.

You always hear stories of spinal shock, the waiting period.. and the 2 yr mark, but nothing says it better than stats!

I was under the impression that the term complete and incomplete were referring to your injury level and your abilities compared to a set of written abilities you should and shouldn't have.
For instance, as a C-5 I should have shoulder and partial bicepts with no lower arm muscle activity or hand and finger function. My left lower arm has wrist extensors and my fore arm can rotate.
That is what makes me a C-5 incomplete quadriplegic.
if I'm wrong, Id love to hear the right definition?
