The past three months I've been experiencing back spasms that are annoying more than anything. They're quite sharp, so they wake me up easily. Because of that, I no longer sleep more than 2 or 3 hours at a time. All I want is to sleep through the night! censored2.gif

I've only briefly spoked to my doctor, I want to give it more time just in case they just pass. He mentioned both botox and baclofen, but I really don't want to put anything in my body more than necessary.

Anyone got any advice/tips/magic trics?

I started having the same thing about six months post injury. My feet and groin would spasm and I’d get sharp pain shooting through my legs, like electricity. Usually in one leg, then the next day it would be the other leg - often in a different place (thigh, then calf, then hip, etc.). I started taking 10 mg of Baclofen three times a day and it pretty much stopped. Although, it took a couple weeks.
