About Paul Breen
I am Paul Breen, and am a spinal injury lawyer. I have been asked by apparelyzed to provide some free advice via this forum to help answer any legal questions that may arise.
I am the lead spinal injury lawyer at Serious Law, who for the last 20 years have been acting for those who have suffered a spinal cord injury. The services I provide for those affected by spinal cord injury go far beyond just legal advice resulting in compensation awards. These services include individually chosen case managers, private rehabilitation, housing adaptations, specialised wheelchairs, bespoke adapted vehicles, assistive in-home technology, nursing care all of which can be funded by interim compensation and final compensation awards.
If you have any questions relating to a situation you think I may be able to assist you with please feel free to contact me.
I have also written a series of information guides, for example, how to choose a spinal injury lawyer and key questions to ask a spinal injury lawyer.
If you think these will be helpful please let me know and I will provide you with copies.
