i just get little redish circles on my bottom, but they usually go away with a night out of the chair, does everyone get these? and is it normal, im assuming its not a big deal because they go away but i just get freaked out when i do see one!

Redness and irritation after a day of sitting are completely normal.. its when the red spot starts to have 'vanes' that its becoming a sore. After a super long day on your bum dont hesitate to wiggle around, give yourself a massage or anything else to get that blood flowing.

Hey how are those transfer coming along? Have you mastered it yet?

..i think they worry us all...or should...my personal rule of thumb is "if its gone in the morning, its all good....if not, get out the digi cam so i can follow its progress, or hopeful lack thereof"

Hi, during the time you are sitting ever so often reach under and massage the area that gets red. Good luck

oh ok awesome, thank you everyone! and transferes are alright, still not getting as much lift as i would like, but im getting bed to chair/bed to couch and i can get in shower without, but commode to chair and out of the shower im still using it!

get rid of that comode chair, they suck and are hard to use.

I have a raised padded toilet seat and a shower bench and cant believe how much easier it is despite the extra transfers required. and makes it loads easier to travel.

I take the toilet seat with me and find or improvise a shower bench. (maybe outdoor furniture)
