I Have Lost Over 100 Pounds Since My Accident!

You would think that weight loss would be ideal but I am kinda scared since I am still dropping weight and I am not trying to. It's just coming off and I have had to start drinking protein shakes in the afternoon to try to maintain my current weight.

I have done so many different things since my accident, that is as far as everyday living goes. For Example I have gone on and off with exercise, I have changed my eating habits at least 4 times to try to work out bowel training, I have gone from being active to couch potato back to being active, etc...

I have read a lot of threads about weight gain but I seem to have the opposite problem. So tell me what your story is and how you deal with it!

I lost a stone in weight in hosp, put back half a stone in the first yr out.. and have stayed att that weight since. I guess the half a a stone loss is the muscle loss.

i think everyone would love to have your problem, most put on weight.
