Hi
I want to send something to my friends little boy with a C2 injury but am at a loss as to what it should be. Obviously he can't move any part of his body so buying toys he can't actually play with seems cruel. I know that DVDs are the obvious choice but wondered if anyone had any other ideas.
thank

How about a day out for a christmas present? Maybe tickets for a childs theatre show or pantomime. For example, I have got my friends little boy tickets to see Spongebob Squarepants at the theatre. The show isn't until february but it'll give him something to look forward too

Also,
If you can club together with others, how about a hat controlled remote controlled car?
You can find the info here: http://www.dream-racer.com/index.html

Hi, I am not sure if your friends son has a playstation 2 or not, but I bought my friend one off of the internet that he controls with his mouth. Not sure how much you want to spend it is pricey around 200 or a little more. My frind is a c5 and loves to play video games. If you cant get it maybe tell his parents. Just google"playstation 2 for quardraplegics." Hope that helps.
Also games his parents can play with him?
Good luck, julie
