Berkeley Bionics is developing medical exoskeletons to enable wheelchair users to walk and is looking for input from subjects with Spinal Cord Injuries.

If you have a Spinal Cord Injury and are interested in taking part in a survey to aid in the development of this technology, visit the web address below. All responses are anonymous and no identifying information will be collected.

I filled out the survey but I really can't picture an exoskeleton that would give me the speed, reliability and usability of a wheelchair using today's technologies.
Just a regular guy making his way through life.

Survey completed.

I don't see this as being beneficial for everyday mobility over a wheelchair; however, it would be great to use something like this to be able to hike on a narrow trail. It's always been my goal to thru-hike the Appalachian Trail and anything that would help me accomplish the hike would be considered.
