hi.. im a c6/c7 quad.

Is there a way that i can do my own bowel program? Ive been in a chair for 5 yrs now. I have help by my mom to do it. I go about every 3rd day. Ive got most of my feeling back but as yall quads know i dont have much hand use. I want to be able to do it own my own bc I want to start traveling and i dont want to have to depend on someone to help me! I have to use the magic bullet now to go and dang it takes me 5 hrs to crap..lol

Is there special tools to help getting the supository in? and after i always have that clear stuff come out?
