The local paper had an article that stated if you drink a mug of warm water 30 minutes before breakfast it will get things moving. In rehab they said that the best time to do your program was about an hour after breakfast, but I got away from that when I went back to work.

Well, I've been having issues for several weeks, so I thought I'd give it a try. Only, I drank coffee instead. 30 minutes after I started drinking my coffee I had my usual bowl of frosted flakes and handfull of grapes. About 20 minutes later I got the subtle sensations that tell me it's time to get a glove on and explore the possibilities. Yeap, the train was ready to leave the station alright. And it's been on time ever since.

Anyway, I thought I'd pass it along 'cause I know I'm not the only one whose been stuffed up (so to speak). Must be the time of year.

I do the hot coffee trick as well, however my Doc told me it was the caffeine as there is caffeine in laxatives. I do think the heat of the beverage works too though because I've had success with a cup of hot tea as well. Glad you're 'back on track'! lol
