Really sorry to hear that, I can't imagine what you're going through at the moment, it must be really tough.
If the members here can help, I'm sure they will respond with any replies to posts you make.

Welcome to the site.
I guess you are pretty much shell shocked but I can only echo Simon and say there are some good people here who can offer support.

I'm very sorry to hear of your sad loss but if its support you want then you've come to the best site there is.
Unlike the others who've posted before me, I know exactly how numb you feel and what you're going through.
I'm also C4/5 and been injured 50 years. My wife died just over a year ago; we had ben married 43 years. Everyone here is supportive and friendly; if you need friends you only have to call out.
I don't believe in giving advice as everyones situation is different. All I can tell you is from my experience things get easier, but it takes time. I still get times when I feel really sad, lonely and wonder how I'll cope. When I feel like that, I come here and read everyones posts and try and get involved in the fun side of life. That's what my wife wanted me to do so I'm sure your wife would want you to do the same.
Hang on in there and make her feel proud of you.
PM me if you need a chat.

Wish I could offer you something of substance, but I can't. With the other folk here at Apparelyzed, I can offer sincere condolences and a promise that we'll always be here. You've got some pretty good shoulders to lean on here - use 'em.
