Build Up Of Gas Causing Pain

Well I get intestinal gas sometimes which is hard to get rid of. First, I think I need to have a bowel movement. However, I say to myself, "you had a good sized one earlier"... but then again, I wonder "was it large enough?" Gas bloat also always hurts worse in me than a large bowel movement waiting. The pressure really gets dysrefexia going. I can feel hot and feel pressure in my head. Question: What do you do or use to fix the problem in lieu of an actual a bowel movement?
