I'm on a pretty freakin' high dosage of Baclofen right now and I'm wondering what the max is that you've taken before?

For the first few years after my injury, I was on a total of 80mg a day (if I recall, it's been a while). I decided I did not want to take it anymore and for whatever reason, my spasticity and ridiculous jumpy leg spasms calmed down (the spasms used to be so bad that I had to keep my legs in my chair with a leg strap) several years ago and I figured it was time to get off the baclofen completely--mostly because of side effects. My body is very sensitive to side effects and many meds make me zombie-fied, upset my stomach, make me bloated, etc. Plus my neuro said that a bit of spasticity and spasms are actually good for your muscles. So no more baclofen for me and I do not miss it. Still get the jumpy muscle spasms and spasticity of course but not enough for me to want to take it again.

I take 30 mg 4x a day. And the spasms are still a problem. I'm looking at alternatives.
