1. After initially injured I went on a "bowel routine" (not my choice) of evacuating 3 times a week. I abandoned that concept in the late 1980s and now evacuate every day.

2. I do not eat beef due to its course nature and read in a quad book that beef is difficult to digest compared to other meats. I also use fiber supplements.

What do you do on these subjects?

I go every day. If I was AB I would so why not now. Less weight to wheel around. I do a high fiber diet as well. One thing that helps me is popcorn. Not the microwave junk.
Don't know about beef but I eat a very heathy diet.

My diet is not particularly healthy,,,,, nor has it ever been. Beef??? it's what's for dinner,,,, well that or venison,,,, but three days a week, or so.

As for BM,,, I'm a daily guy, myself. I've found that to be MY best course.
