hey
im c5 and i get junk in my throat/ lung lately,,,,,,quad cough helps alittle..but i dno if im doin it right
any tips or anythng esle i can do...............i smoke maryjane but not alot

i cross my arms,and brace just above my knees...and lean over hard, solar plex to arms...allows me to expectorate efficiently....wow, looks dat all does big words me used...
