I live in Australia and am going to be travelling through the UK later on this year, hopefully for a couple of years.
I am writting today in hope that you may be able to help me with some difficulties.
I am finding it difficult to find any wheelchair accessible accomodation to be staying in while travelling. Of course there is the option of using hotels and motels, however being only young, I don't really have the funds to support that for a long period. I have been looking for any longer term, cheaper options.
I was thinking maybe accessible sharehouses, boarding houses or backpackers. Even long term rental properties.
If any one has any onformation at all it would be greatly appreciated.

I think accessible backpackers are your best option...they are around. Use the internet to scope them out.

I have backpacked extensively in my chair and usually found a suitable place.

Enjoy...Walt!
