I am a T5 para who is very active. I am having real problems keeping My UTI's under control. I have done my research as to what will cause my bladder infections, but everything that causes them i seem to have a passion for. Milk, Red meat, red wine, HOT food, Alchohol, is there no justice! Is there a possibility to enjoy all of these do nots and NOT get a UTI? I have tried 1000mg of Vitamin C daily but if i go out for a night and have a few drinks i wake up with a UTI! PLease help i would love to be able to go on about life without peeing all over myself all the time . Thanks!

if i get a uti it is mostly flu like symptoms and smelly urine.
in terms of UTIs cranberry can help but i think it is mostly urban myth and that you are actually benefiting more from the fluid than something magical about the cranberrys
It is a great marketing campaign by the cranberry growers but the reality is that the study they rely on had only a very narrow benefit for a very specific group.
But at least it cant hurt.
keep the fluids up, and be hygenic with ISCs

I would add that almost all urologist s and PC s are AMA trained and all they know is antibiotics. I spent years with UTI s and all the antibiotics they gave me ate my stomach up and I still got them. I got a UTI that was antibiotic resistant and they wanted me to take some supper pill that had a side effect of damaging the stomach lining and it did. I made a decision to try something else because my doctors knew nothing except antibiotics. I researched every thing I tried and if anything said it had the possibility of damage I didn't take it. I agree, don't take anything ANYBODY docs included recommends without doing research on it first. More people die from taking legal drugs than those taking supplements so be careful.

Ya think 20 years is long enough for it to turn me gray? The stuff that turns people gray is not colloidal Silver and it's not made right plus they drink the stuff by the quarts or rub it on their face and go out in the sun. I buy mine from a reputable source, don't try to make it at home. One teaspoon of 30 PPM CS is a tiny amount of silver and it doesn't take much to be effective. I use it on cuts and burns and it hasn't turned any of them gray. Out of the estimated seven to 10 million regular colloidal silver users in the United States there have been only 2 or 3 in the last 20 years who have “turned blue.” When people get real bad burns they use silver to keep the wounds from becoming infected and speed up healing, and they are starting to put silver in bandages to fight infections so how bad is it really. All things in moderation........to much carrot juice will turn ya orange. Humm silver and orange that could be interesting.

If your nails turn silver, think we could melt them down and pawn them? lol Hell if they can sell toast on ebay with 'images' burned into them... why not!
