Help
Im noticing that 99 percent of my accidents when i soak myself happens when I go out into the cold after being in a warm building. This haapens a lot for me or im sitting in a warm car and when i open the door to transfer to my chair I am reaching for my urinal because im going. Could I get some help on this please!

When you become cold suddenly the muscles in your body contract automaticaly, this includes your bladder muscle causing you to void spontaneously. This does not happen in able bodied people as they are able to over-ride the signals from their brain which are telling the bladder to contract. Hope this helps
