Dude, bear in mind that the company is in the business of selling a product and making money. From you. Think about this: Your intestine is one long, mucous-lined tube. Its job is to process food and move the residue out via muscular contractions. Do you seriously believe there is that much gunk stuck to the lining of your gut? There used to be an Old Wives Tale floating around that we carry around 7 lbs. of undigested meat in our intestines. Medical experts and I both call BS.

Save your money and a big mess and eat a healthy diet of fresh fruits, plenty of veggies, whole grain products, and plenty of water.

A fool and his money are soon parted.

So true.. that many pounds is a stretch, I do find it easy to believe there could be a few pounds accumulated in all that intestine. BUT.. generally speaking, you are going to have great results unless you have chronic constipation.. maybe then it would benefit. Either way you are going to spend alot of time over the toilet, so I've heard.
If you want a cheap colon cleanse just eat a ton of creamed veggies, get hydrated, go drinking, and once it all catches up to you and youre certain you've got nothing left in you, drink some orange juice or espresso.. You'd be amazed how much shits really in there. Ive learned the hard way. Maybe that combo wont clean YOU out, but Im sure there is something that works. That f*@king Vitamin water cleans me out too.. ugh.

I had to have a endoscope procedure done last year,,,,,, and let me tell you,,, they want it clean enough to eat off of,,,, or so the Dr. said.

I had to drink a full gallon of this "stuff" and sit on a pot for four hours. Not something I'm looking forward to doing again.

So, Kev,,, if you want it cleaned out,,,, tell your Dr. to schedule one of those tests.... Trust me,,, they will clean you out. And insurance will cover it.

I had a surgery a few years ago and I had to drink a gallon of this "stuff" that tasted like mild salt water, but it flushed me out within 24 hours. It truly works. I was told you could even buy it at the pharmacy. It doesn't taste that great though. I added Crystal Light to it. I couldn't drink the whole gallon because I didn't finish it in time, but with what I did drink, it worked great for me.

GO LITELY I believe is what they call that gallon of liquid you have to drink, before an endoscopy, gross stuff. Ive seen pics of my colon after the cleanse and procedure and it didnt look like 10 pounds of baked on spackle on my colon walls, so im really really sceptical about what they say. I think they say that stuff so you worry and buy their product. Drink lots of water, eat more fiber and it should do the trick. There are some all natural teas that stimulate your butt to explode, lol, look into those before you do one of the colon cleanse products, personally they scare me. DEPENDS! FTW! lol....

saw these folks at the Anaheim Disability Expo last summer - they were some serious sales people - definitely into turnin' a dime, not necessarily providing health options. Caution...

I would say that after more than a yr of using it, my bowel must be pretty clean ;)
