Hi there, has anyone had the same problem and can offer me any ideas whats best to do?

My injury is C6, I had a superpubic catheter plumbed in because of back pressure when voiding.
I have to have it free draining because I don't hold much and if I void I go autonomic which isn't fun.
I started to get really bad pain on my left side around the kidney area and I kept going dizzy and feeling nausea.
At first I thought it was kidney stones but I had scans and they were clear.
I can feel my bladder and I think it's being caused by irritation from the catheter on my bladder.

Anybody know of any solutions, obviously I will be telling the doc when I next go in but I thought I'd see if anyone has any ideas.

thanks
