Look in the phone book under local government there should be a social services division call and ask them how to apply for what you need. SSI is administered through the Social Security Administration.

Chris.

As LongHaul said you need to call your local social services as well as social security administration. I looked on Google and found the following links for Colton, CA. My best to you, hope this helps. Jerry
